＜カラオケとは？＞
歌を歌う際に、またはメロディパートを担う楽器を演奏する際に、生演奏ではなく事前に録音された伴奏を再生することにより演奏を再現することをいう。さらに井上大佑がこれを音源製作、再生装置、販売方法をセットにした「エイトジューク」というサービスとして一般に提供し、これが広まり「カラオケ」とよばれるようになった。後者「カラオケ」がその使用対象の大きさからも通常一般に第一に想起されるものとなっている。そして機能的には前者は後者の一部と捉えられることも多い。しかしながら、厳密には前者後者はその使用範囲が異なる。また、後者だけでなく前者も現在でも現役の用語である。
